🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience
Technician Posts
Qualification: ITI in relevant trade (Machinist, Turner, Fitter, Welder, etc.)
Experience: Generally 5 years post-qualification experience (or 3 years for candidates with specialized CNC certifications such as CNC Machining Technician – NSQF).
Preference will be given to candidates with additional certification in CNC operation, CMM operation, welding inspection, or automated welding.
Supervisor Posts
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering (as applicable)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant technical field such as CNC programming, maintenance, or 3D drafting & CAD/CAM.
💰 Salary (Consolidated Emoluments)
Technician on Contract
- 1st Year: ₹30,000/month
- 2nd Year: ₹32,000/month
- 3rd Year: ₹34,000/month
- 4th Year: ₹36,000/month
Supervisor on Contract
- 1st Year: ₹35,000/month
